After speaking to Ivrund, you are sent to Bulroc, who is a mighty blacksmith said to be able to repair anything. He is the only one who might help you ix the Astrals…
Bulroc is a beast of a man, though more from his size than anything. Able to speak quite eloquently, he regretfully informs you that he is unable to repair something as great as the stars without first recovering his power. In the past, Thor, believing Bulroc’s skills to be too mighty, sealed his abilities. If you can claim Thor’s Hammer at Ashaph Shrine, Bulroc will then be released of this seal and have the strength to start repairing the stars.
In the Shrine, you encounter the Rose Knight, but we’ll get to him next time…
Upon recovering Thor’s Hammer, Bulroc not only regains his power but also thanks you by offering to both restore and enhance your weapon and equipment. This is where the Forge is unlocked to you.
